The renowned Swedish House Mafia show is a Swedish electronic dance music trio comprising of house DJs and producers – Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. The Swedish House Mafia concert group was officially formed late in the year 2008. Placed at #10 on the DJ Magazine Top 100 DJ Poll, 2011, the trio is considered as "the faces of mainstream progressive house music". Last year on June 24, 2012, the group announced to the world via their website that their then current Swedish House Mafia tour would be their final venture together. When they made their final appearance at the Ultra Music Festival in March, 2013 the trio had officially broken up and started venturing into music individually.
The Swedish House Mafia concert trio released their first production in 2007, "Get Dumb". Two years down the line in 2009, they released "Leave The World Behind". The following year, on May 2, 2010 they released their first single "One (Your name)" under the banner name Swedish House Mafia and gained immense success internationally, charting at #7 in the UK Singles Chart. There on there was no turning back for the Swedish House Mafia show trio!
Soon after they released the same single featuring Pharrell, which was also equally well received by the fans of Swedish House Mafia tour trio. The next single to follow in the career history was Tinie Tempah featuring "Miami 2 Ibiza", which charted at #4 in the UK Charts. The trio’s very first album Until One was a collection of remixes and productions by Swedish House Mafia concert produced as a group or individually. Swedish House Mafia released their new single "Save The World" in May, 2011 featuring John Martin followed by the release of the track "Antidote" featuring Knife Party.
In September, 2012 Swedish House Mafia show brought forward their second album Until Now which formed the official soundtrack for their final tour – One Last Tour. The second compilation included singles titled "Greyhound" and "Don’t You Worry Child".
With June, 2012 came the heart-breaking news that Swedish House Mafia concert trio have called for a split after their final tour. Via their website they announced: "Today we want to share with you, that the tour we are about to go on will be our last. We want to thank every single one of you that came with us on this journey. We came, we raved, we loved." With the announcement the Swedish House Mafia tour kicked off in November 2012 and concluded in March 2013. The Swedish House Mafia redefined and revolutionized the music dance culture and legacy will live forever.
