You’re going to need an aspirin for this one. A somewhat mix between "Masti" and "No Entry", “Thank You” is a comedy that hammers at your every nerve and explodes in the form of a massive headache. Yet another supposedly funny tale of cheating husbands and some dude with a hat trying to catch them in the act. Irrfan Khan is the only saving grace of the film. We have all seen the likes of Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Bobby Deol do this kind of thing before. But Irrfan is fresh at this and seems to enjoy it very much. He brings his usual lazy, in your face swagger to the part that makes every scene come alive. Needless to say, all the women seem wasted. Except Rimmi Sen, who tries to add some comic flair to a small part. Sonam Kapoor on the other hand seems like she’s on a downward spiral since "Delhi 6". Akhay and Suniel are just alright, nothing new. But what takes the cake as far as lack of originality is concerned – the “Bawarchi” twist in the end. With corny dialogues like “kisi aur ka ghar bachchane chala gaya kishan”. All-in-all, it might be fun for the masses. But the ones who need more than stupidity in their comedies “Thank You” is not for you.
