The Mumbai FCBEscola Camp 2015

The famed Barcelona training camps are coming to India this summer ! Legends such as Lionel Messi, Xavi and Iniesta have all trained at these camps and graduated from the famed Barcelona training facility, La Masia. Did you know that Messi’s first contract as a player at Barcelona was explained on a napkin. In the 2012/13 season, Barcelona had its starting eleven of entirely academy graduates and went on to win the game 4-0. The camp will be conducted at the iconic Cooperage stadium in Mumbai. Here are 5 reasons why you should watch attend the camp :

Growth of Indian Football

With India hosting the 2017 U-17 FIFA World Cup, Barcelona aims to improve youngster’s skills and awareness on the pitch. Experienced footballers will have a chance to enhance their technical skills and interact with famous coaches of the Barcelona academy.



Expertise

Participants can  meet and interact with technical directors of the FCBEscola, the official football school of FC Barcelona which has a centre in Delhi. The capital also conducted its camp recently, with a number of youngsters turning out.



The Barca Way

Learn the Barcelona way of tiki-taka at these camps conceived by the great Johan Cyruff in the 1970’s in the camp.



Meet Fellow Footballers

Participants can meet fellow footballers at the camps and have a chance to play and interact at the same time.

The Grand Prize

Post the camp, participants will have an opportunity being selected for the FCB Escola International Tournament 2016 held in Barcelona over the Easter Break.
