** It is mandatory to register the details of the person intending to visit the show only. Any mis-match in the details from the ticket and the ID proof furnished at the time of entry during the event shall not be allowed.

** Please ensure all details provided in the registration form and the email address furnished at the time of payment is correct as the E-ticket shall be sent on the email id provided at the time of transaction.

Aero India Exhibition which is organised every two years has already carved a niche for itself globally as a premier aerospace exhibition, with eleven successful editions organised since 1996. More then 60,000 business visitors and 1,00,000 general visitors attended Aero India 2017. Air Show of latest aircrafts of different countries are arranged at the venue during each day of the show for the benefit of visitors. 

Aero India 2019 will provide a significant platform in bolstering business opportunities in International aviation sector. A rapidly growing economy and opening up of defence production to private sector, have given a major fillip to the defence industry in India. It has also become a hub for defence businesses in Asia.

The tagline for Aero India 2019, “The Runway to a Billion Opportunities” was created to communicate India’s value proposition in addressing the immense opportunities in the Aerospace and Aviation sectors in India today.




Q. How far is the venue from Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru?

A. The venue (Yalahanka Air Force Station Benglauru) is 20 Kms from the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.

Q. What are the entry formalities?

A. a. Business visitors are requested to register online and obtain a valid entry ticket.

b. The participant would be required to show the photo Identity card along with the valid entry ticket for entry at the venue.

c. Passport is compulsory in case of Foreign Participants/Visitors

Q. When does the Official Opening Ceremony take place?
A. Official Opening Ceremony is expected to takes place at the Aero India venue on 20th February 2019. Time will confirmed in due course.

Q. When are the Aerobatic Flying Displays?
A. A flying display programme will be published for each day at the show and will be available at information points through the show site and via the Aero India website. Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the aerobatic flying displays for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to bad weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Q. Will the Airshow site be noisy during the flying displays?
A. Yes, the Airshow site will be noisy during the flying displays. We advise that people sensitive to noise take adequate precautions during the flying display.

Q. Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?
A. The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated along the run-way.

Q. What aircraft are on display?
A. The aircrafts on display will be published on the Aero India website

Q. Where does Aero India 2019 take place?

Q. Is dining available onsite?
A. There will be multiple restaurants serving different types of fast food and Indian food at the exhibition site. No caterers other than the Official Caterers will be allowed to operate inside the venue.

Q. Which security measures are in place?
A. Overall surveillance of the exhibition site is provided by the organizer. Equipment displayed on the booth is the responsibility of the exhibitor during day and night. Exhibitors should take all appropriate measures to protect against damage and theft.

Q. What are the charges for Air Display visitors (ADVA) ?
A. Charges for Air Display visitors (Post 1400 hr on 20th and 21st Feb and 10 AM - 5 PM all other days) are INR 600/ day for Indian visitors and USD 25 /day for Foreign visitors
Free entry for children below 5 years.
Note : There would be no Air Display on forenoon of 20th and 21th Feb 2019 for visitors.
ADVA Visitors will to be allowed to visit both DRONE in morning and Flying display in After noon with the same ticket.

  • There is no redemption of E-ticket. E-ticket can be used to access the venue (entry gates) directly upon scanning of QR code and clearance from security check (after authorizing govt ID proof).
  • Mandatory to show valid Govt ID proof at the entry gates to access the venue.

  • Entry will be refused if the barcode has been tampered with or of the ticket has been defaced, damaged, or tampered in any way.
  • Please note that the ticket, once issued, will not be reissued for any reason.
  • Rights of admission reserved.
  • Entry will be permitted after through security check and through specified entrances only.
  • This ticket is strictly not transferable and is for the sole use of the holder.
  • Air Display Visitor(ADVA) :   Allows access into ADVA zone (Flying display zone) during 20th to 24th Feb 2019. The ticket is valid for single entry on the date of purchase except for 21st where ticket is valid for two entries, one for drone Olympics held in forenoon and other for flying display held in afternoon.
  • Re- entry is not permitted.
  • No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles. Cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches and flammable items are allowed, illegal or hazardous substances inside the venue and the seating area.
  • This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organizer and the management of the venue and the ticketing company.
  • Parking at the venue at owners own risk.
  • The organizer shall not be responsible for any claims, demands and causes of action, injury, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the event or any part of it.
  • The organizer, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorized copy or reproduction of the ticket. 
  • The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
  • By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
