Ever wondered what it takes to go on a theatre stage? How does an actor prepare for a character? What are the different aspects of putting up a theatre play? And have you ever asked yourself, “Do I have it in me?”
Art Cross Theatre Main presents “Theatre Workshop”, which answers the above through fun-filled, interactive and experiential sessions over 5 Sundays. What’s more, the workshop will culminate with a performance by the participants.
These sessions will take a focused set of participants (20 slots only) through various Theatre aspects using internationally recognized theatre activities and games, led by faculties who have 25+ years’ experience between them in theatre training, acting and directing plays in different theatre formats.

About the faculty:
Sumit Acharya is an Actor/Director/Trainer at ACTM with his theatre career spanning an experience of over 15 years. Sumit has performed in over 150 Theatre shows in a diverse range of proscenium theatre, as well as several interactive and improvisational theatre formats including Playback theatre, Poetic Theatre and Forum theatre, among others
Vishal Bhandary is an Actor/Director/Trainer at ACTM with over 10 years of theatre experience, having worked extensively in Proscenium theatre, Clown Theatre, Improv sports and playback theatre. Vishal also has curated noteworthy art/theatre-based events and conferences.
