Azeem Banatwalla is politically homeless in his own country. The right-wing hates on him for being a Muslim. Liberals hate him for being a straight man. Of course, it doesn’t help that he’s constantly tweeting about cow vigilantes, mob lynchings, the perils of body positivity, and woke millennials. However, a year after dodging death threats and open letters (which were arguably more threatening), he’s back with his fourth comedy hour ‘Between the Lines’ – through which he could make peace with both sides. Or piss them off even further.
