Infinity Tickets are $20 plus taxes and fees and must be sold in pairs. Limit 2 per person. Exact seat locations will not be disclosed at the time of purchase; they will be revealed when fans pick up their tickets from the venue box office the day of the show. Ticket locations will be selected at random and can vary throughout the venue, including limited view seats, lower and upper level seating, as well as the GA field. Pick-up tickets night of show only, in person, with picture ID, confirmation number, and credit card used at purchase. Once you have the tickets in hand, you can enter the venue. Any reselling or transfer of these tickets will result in a void with no refund. 

• You may be placed in a ticket queue due to heavy traffic.
• The waiting room opens half hour before ticket sales begin to help ensure a fair ticket-buying process. Being early in the waiting room does not guarantee a ticket or an early entry in the queue.
• When the sale begins everyone in the waiting room would be assigned a spot in the queue based on an automated queue randomisation system.
• Avoid refreshing, clicking the 'back' button or exiting the queue page, as this may will require you to restart the process. Make sure to stay on the queue page.
• Once you are on the seat layout, you have approximately 4 minutes to book your seats.
• Your queue number does not guarantee you a ticket, it solely depends on the ticket availability when your turn comes.
• You can book 2 tickets per user for this show.

Local sign language interpretation is available at all shows as well as Subpacs for D/deaf and hard of hearing guests.
Touch Tours are available before each show for guests who are blind or have low vision to provide a better understanding of the band’s touring show.
