INR 3500 - This is the booking amount and grants entry to the workshop and is inclusive of Art Kit, lunch and tea/coffee. The total value of this ticket is INR 7000. The balance amount will have to be paid at the venue by cash.
Decoupage is an art
and a craft which involves gluing paper shapes on to an object and sealing the surface with glue. But again, this art is not just about sticking a piece of paper to any object. It'z about creating a beautiful composition and maintaining a good visual balance in design. This is what makes a beautiful piece of art! So, you can explore your creative skills in this workshop.
You can create art to exhibit and sell, or set up shop locally or on the Internet to sell your wares and supplies.
So, this one-day intensive hands-on workshop
will teach you the basics and advanced techniques of decoupaging. You'll be working with/on different material, learn about the types of glues you can work with, layering, composition, balance, cutting methods, distressing, dabbing, sanding, spraying, varnishing, antique and contemporary style and much more.
You'll be working on:
- A Terracotta Pot
- An MDF Box (vintage/antique finish)
- A Porcelain Mug (Demo or hands-on depending on time; material will be provided)
- A Glass Bottle
- Coasters - Three pieces with three different materials (Demo or hands-on depending on time; material will be provided)
- A Placemat or Tray and
- A Glass container (Reverse Decoupage)You'll be working with:
