"India Film Project season 8 is here! IFP is Asia's Largest Content Creation Fest, a place with young conversations and activities across films, digital, literature and music with content creators about creating, collaborating and celebrating content. Over 60+ fun sessions are lined up across 5 stages on Oct 13 and 14 at Mumbai featuring filmmakers, YouTubers, actors, writers, musicians, critics and many more. Head to the festival and make sure you have an enriching weekend with great chats, a chance to network, yummy food, and meetups!


Two weeks prior to the festival is the IFP's flagship 50 Hour Filmmaking Challenge, where over 35,000 filmmakers will participate and make over 1,500 short films in a duration of 50 hours over a weekend from Sep 28 to 30. Other challenges include Short Scriptwriting Challenge with Terribly Tiny Tales, Voice Your Words Challenge with Kommune and Poster Design Challenge with The Souled Store."

  • By registering for the festival, the delegate has agreed to comply with the festival`s participation guidelines, code of conduct and security regulations.
  • Any breach of participation guidelines, code of conduct and security regulations, will result in immediate cancellation of the festival registration.
  • Festival band will not be handed over in the absence of a valid photo identity proof (Passport, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID or Drivers License).
  • It is mandatory for the delegate to wear the festival band at all times within a festival venue. Delegates not carrying the festival band will be refused entry to the venue by security personnel.
  • In the event of losing the festival band, the delegate will have to re-register for a new delegate band for security reasons. The lost festival band will not be replaced.
  • The Festival Band allows access to public events and films screenings.
  • The date, time and venues of these events will be available in a printed schedule in the festival bag. The schedule will also be announced through the Festival Website and festival`s official Social Media platforms. There can be changes to this schedule. These changes will reflect on the website every day and also will be flashed across our social media platforms so please do watch out for such changes. Best efforts will be made to communicate any such changes to the delegates.
  • The Festival schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. All schedule changes will be announced through the festivals website, official social media platforms and at the festival venues.
  • For security reasons, the organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on any member of the audience at any point during the Event.
  • Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
  • Food and beverages will be available inside festival screening venues for sale. Any outside Food and Beverages are not allowed inside the festival.
  • The Delegate agrees to receive communication regarding the Festival from both Bookmyshow.com and India Film Project in the form of e-mail or/and SMS during the duration of the Festival.
  • Stage Entry and sitting on come first serve basis.
