1. Sheesh Mahal

The walls and pillars of the Sheesh Mahal has been revamped and studded with high quality inlay mirrors to replicate the opulence of the royal court from the times of Rajputana Dynasty. Here, one can experience the rich and varied heritage of the royal era. The uniquely revamped and developed formation of Sheesh Mahal has been set to give the spectators the first-hand experience of the Rajputana culture. Staged at the center, there one can get self-clicked dressed in the royal designer attire which has been exclusively designed by the creative team of Jaipur Wax Museum. The Sheesh Mahal also accommodates a changing room which is a splendor in itself. Sheesh Mahal, which is an extension of the spectacular Jaipur Wax Museum is a must see, one of its own kinds, reminding one and all, of the ancient years ‘Sheesh Mahal’, which was built by Maharaja Man Singh in the 16th century, leaving the patrons visiting the same with an ‘Awe-Struck’ Moment.

A unique section which was previously the Warriors’ Rest House (Vishramghar) has been uniquely crafted into a Sheesh Mahal, by a team of over 80 skilled craftsmen, who have incessantly toiled for over 180 days and charily pasted 2.5 million glass pieces of yellow, blue, red, white and green in colour on the walls of the Mahal. Upon entering, one shall witness floral motifs made out of ‘23 carat’ real gold stripes mix blend of gems and jewellery, handmade paintings, an antique’ Palkhi’ along with other rare vibrant artifacts with vibrantly coloured chandeliers suspending from the ceiling. The intricate floral patterns that have been embellished by skilled craftsman are formed with fine and even pieces of ‘Thikri’ glass. This specially treated glass, Thikri, creates an optical illusion for the onlooker as each individual piece of the glass form a separate reflection of the object.

2. Royal Darbar

Royal Darbar seems like nothing less than a grandeur is a sneak peek into the royal era of Rajputana Dynasty. The structure stands adjoining to the main Hall of Icon. The Royal Darbar holds in itself the timeless fables of the golden era and takes one on to a royal journey. Right from the entrance till the end, the hall which once served as the rest house of soldiers is cladded with the enchanted paintings that depicts the rich heritage of Rajputana Dynasty. The area is divided into 2 gallerias that have been hand painted with pure gold and motifs, all inspired from the history. The area holds handmade paintings and wax statues of the eminent rulers who have helped establish a great kingdom and eventually a great dynasty. The area has been innovatively turned into a gallery where people can enjoy a walk through the past. Here, one can experience the glorious yesteryear of India’s biggest and richest heritage in its purest form.

3. The Hall of Icons

The Hall of Icons exhibits wax & silicon statues of the World known personalities– each exhibit is complete with a detailed unique backdrop or intricately designed sets. The Royal Darbar, this grand courtroom displays statues of Rajasthan’s royal lineage of Maharajas and Maharanis in traditional costumes. Visitors are also welcome to enjoy other features like traditional paintings, antique artifacts, a royal buggy and interactive statues.


  • Age limit: 5+.
  • Photography/ selfies not allowed by visitor, we have our own team of photographers at nominal charges.
  • Show duration is restricted to 40 minutes only.
  • Every person must have a valid admission ticket for entering the Museum. Each ticket is for a single entry only.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be resold. Tickets will become null and void, if tampered or altered.
  • Kindly note that museum tour is time restricted and you will have to complete your journey through the Hall of Icons, Royal Darbar and Sheesh Mahal as well within the stipulated time mentioned in the entry ticket.
  • Entry ticket must be purchased for kids over and above 3 years of age or height of 2.5 ft and above. Children below the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Entry ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Carrying eatables, chewing gums, smoking, paan, guthkas, tobacco or any inflammable products is strictly prohibited in the museum premises.
  • Kindly help in keeping the museum premises clean.
  • Guests are responsible for taking care of their own belongings. Jaipur Wax Museum or any of its representative is not responsible for any damage or loss.
  • Jaipur Wax Museum reserves the right to revise the museum timings at any time.
  • All the Statues installed at Jaipur Wax Museum are of Global Iconic personalities hence we will appreciate if you show care and respect for our wax figures.
  • Please Do Not touch the statues. Touching or Fidgeting with wax statue or any set properties is a punishable offence.
  • Jaipur Wax Museum may photograph, film, record or reproduce the image or voice of any visiting person and use the same for promotion or any other purpose without royalty or payment to any person.
  • Jaipur Wax Museum reserves the right to change or remove any wax- silicon figure from the museum at any given time.
  • Any person with intolerable behaviour will be asked to leave the premises. The management reserves the right to report such case to the Police.
  • The museum reserves the rights to admission.
  • Jaipur Wax Museum is accessible for guests with disabilities. Guests in need may inquire of our staff.
  • Kindly note that foreign transaction charges could be added by your bank, in accordance with your payment card rules and regulations.
  • In case of any dispute Jaipur Wax Museum reserves the right for final decision.
  • Sheesh Mahal visitors kindly keep yourself and accompanied children away from touching glasses/ mirror since the edges of the mirror can be harmful.
  • Don't throw heavy object like Cell phone, sharp objects etc on the mirror floor this behavior can break the glass.
  • Visitors must understand and follow the museum safety procedures.
  • We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
