Junk Art Festival is a pro-nature engagement aiming to raise environment consciousness among children. Through creative workshops, performing art, music, and games it encourages young minds to look above ‘use and throw’ and consider creative alternates through Repair, Repurpose and Reuse. It is a platform for parents to demonstrate to children the possibilities of sustainable choices while having fun. 

Live Entertainment: Junk Musical Circle and Musical Puppet Drama

Engagements: ● Repurpose Fashion Workshop ● Earth Craft ● Book Swap ● Best out of Waste Minute-to-Win Games ● Recycle Art ● Kitchen Waste Gardening 

Each child must carry the required junk from home to participate in the workshops.

Junk to be brought from home:* 1 plastic bag + 1 book to swap + old newspaper. Additionally, age 4- 7 years will need to get 1 old white large scarf or handkerchief while age 8 years above needs to get 1 old t-shirt. 

Registration: Rs.800 per child and Rs.200 per parent / adult (plus applicable GST). 

Snacks will be available for sale between sessions.

Limited no. of seats on first come first served basis

T&C

  • Age limit: 3 to 15 years.
  • Once registration is completed, no exchange of workshops will be made. No refunds will be made except pursuant to event postponement or cancellation and at NCPA's discretion.
  • Age restrictions and rules apply. No refunds will be made for ignorance of these restrictions.
  • NCPA reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.
  • The NCPA may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. Prior notification will be given.
  • The participants voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any sickness, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
  • All entry fees, related tickets, and purchases are non-refundable.
  • It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they are medically fit to participate in the event.
