Kukdukoo Lit fest is a uniquely interactive children’s literature festival, happening for the first time ever in India. On the 2nd and 3rd of February. The Kiran Nadar Museum of Art will host this two-day long literature festival for children with the aim of inculcating and encouraging the habit of reading in kids. Aimed at children from the ages of 1 to 14 and their parents, the programmes at KLF have been designed to be creative, engaging, and interactive.

KLF is an event that celebrates good literature. It is an effort to inculcate and revive the habit of reading through constant interactive and fun activities spread over a period of two days. The events include storytelling sessions, puppetry session and workshop, DIY sessions, theatre, among other exciting things. It is an amazing opportunity for parents to come and watch their kids create something beautiful.

Who are the organisers of KLF (Kukdukoo Lit Fest)?

Kukduko Lit Fest is the sole property of Kukdukoo Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The festival is organized by young professionals from different professional sphere for their love of books. KLF is an effort to inculcate the habit of reading in children at a young age.

 How many artists are featured at KLF?

 40+ prominent Indian Authors, renowned Indian and International Storytellers, celebrated Theatre Artists and Illustrators will be present at KLF for interactive sessions.

 Is festival ticketed?

 Entry to Food Stalls, Kukdukoo Haat, Kukdukoo Manch, Book Fair and DIY zone is free. Tickets are priced at Rs. 250/- per child. Adults accompanying the child are eligible to the session’s entry for free.

Does free registration/RSVP guarantee my entry to the sessions?

Free registration/RSVP only allows entry to the Kukdukoo Haat, Kukdukoo Manch, DIY, Book Fair, and Food Stalls.

 Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Yes, there will be a separate counter to buy tickets at the venue. But we recommend you book tickets online to avoid long queue and inconvenience.

 My payment has gone through, but I have not received a confirmation of my purchase. Has my registration been successful?

 How can I check if my registration has been successful?

You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS. Upon arrival at the festival, please present the code, email or SMS at the Registration Counter to receive your Festival Access Band.

 Is food available at the venue?

Yes, there will be a number of food stalls at the Festival serving a variety of cuisines and beverages. You and buy and enjoy your meals.

 Is parking available at the venue?

 Yes, parking is available at the venue on first come first serve basis.


In attending the Kukdukoo Lit Fest you (visitors and participants) are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  • Age Limit: 2 years to 14 years.
  • All registration information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective privacy policy of Kukdukoo Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Upon registering for 2019 event you are agreeing to receive emails/SMS from Kukdukoo Lit Fest.
  • Entry to the sessions at Kukdukoo Lit Fest is only guaranteed by the purchase of tickets from kukdukoolitfest.com, insider.in, Paytm and BookMyShow. Tickets purchased from any other sources/websites will be considered invalid.
  • Free registration/RSVP does not guarantee entry to the sessions. Free registration/RSVP only allows entry to the DIY, Book Fair, and Food Stalls.
  • Tickets to the sessions are priced at Rs. 250/- (One entry ticket is valid for one day only)
  • Adults accompanying the child are eligible to the sessions entry for free.
  • We shall not refund for any cancellation or ‘no-shows’.
  • The visitors and participants agree to be patient and cooperative at the registration and ticketing desks.
  • Entry to the sessions with limited seats shall be on the first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Each session is age respective. No child shall be allowed to attend the sessions that are not their age specific. 
  • All the sessions are time-bound. No access to the session shall be allowed after 10 minutes of the specified scheduled time.
  • If accompanied by a child an adult shall be allowed access to attend the sessions.
  • Children under 15 years should be accompanied by an adult, and the parent/guardian shall be responsible for their ward.
  • You agree to abide by any decision of the organizers and event hosts to any aspect of your participation in this event, including theirs to suspend your participation for any reason whatsoever.
  • You shall be liable to face legal consequences for uncivilized and unethical behavior at the event.
  • As a visitor or a participant, you agree to allow the officially assigned photographers and videographers, to click your pictures and make videos, to be subsequently used by the organizer and the event hosts for any legitimate purpose.
  • You agree to dress appropriately, considering the weather and the nature of the event.
  • Pets are not allowed at the event.
  • The organizer and the event host shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, like weather conditions, an artist’s failure to show up at the event or failure to perform, water or power interruptions, that may occur.
  • This is a family event. Stags shall not be entertained.
  • Anything harmful or destructive like firearms, explosives, alcohol consumption, smoking, illegal substances, fireworks, and weapons shall not be allowed in the premises.
  • The organizers and event host shall not be held responsible for any adverse effect or reactions to food/drinks consumed at the event.
  • In case of any personal injury or medical emergency suffered by the visitor or the participant during the festival inside the premises of Kiran Nadar Museum of Arts, organizers and event host shall not be held responsible.
  • Organizers and event host shall not be liable or held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended.
  • Kukdukoo Lit Fest is the sole property of Kukdukoo Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., and can’t be copied elsewhere.
