Meditation is medication: Sound vibrations from our Ancient Singing bowls will take us to that meditative state within 10-15 minutes and take our mind to the Theta state. In the Theta state of our mind, our self-healing power gets activated.
Sound waves from the singing bowls take us to theta state, uplifts our energy by massaging our nervous system and muscle tissues and calms down our mind.

Manjula started her spiritual journey with Pranic Healing, guided to Reiki, Shivyog’s Shambhavi Healing & Sri Vidya Sadhna. She is a certified Tibetan Sound Healing Therapist & Crystal Healing Teacher. Her sessions help relax, detox and heal creating a certain balance within our bodies.
The Indian Music Experience Museum (IME) is India's first interactive music museum.
