Sorry! The RSVP for this session is full. Seats will only be released against the people who don't show up.
What are the factors that draw a group of artists together? How do they trigger each other's creativity? And how do they create a shared consensus on the direction they take together?
They are delighted to invite Rahul Ram - Musician and environmentalist - to Mumbai Local, to share with us the journey, spirit and creative play of Aisi Taisi Democracy. While they know Rahul as a great musician, in this session they will also be regaled with his storytelling, as he takes us through the why, how and wherefore of the work Varun Grover, Sanjay Rajoura and he do together to give us the cutting insight of Aisi Taisi Democracy. He asked if he should bring his guitar - and they said of course, you must! - so we can happily expect to enjoy his inimitable brand of live performance as well.
Look forward to an evening of sharp political humor and healthy doses of irreverence underwritten with acoustic music commentary. Look forward to a happy collision of political thinking and spirited artistic expression. Look forward to having an awesome time.
For those of you who absolutely cannot make it to the venue, they will be live on Facebook for you. Join them on their page at 5 pm on Sunday, 8th July.
