Nautanki - Mixed Martial Arts for Kids (Age: 6-19 years)
Mixed martial arts is a combat sport which has become very popular in recent times. The techniques used in MMA are a culmination of various combat sports.
This is MMA training for 10 days, a 90-minute each workshop for age group 6 to 19 years.
The aim of this training is to help kids (6 to 19 years) train themselves physically and mentally to avoid social pressure, increase their motor skills, as well as teach them to defend themselves. The training module is bifurcated into four stages, which is designed to help a child in all areas of his/her life by instilling confidence, discipline, mental strength and self-defense skills through fun physical activities.
1. Basic level: wherein candidates are introduced to essential ways of combat art
2. Intermediate level: focuses on self-defense techniques like blocks, punches and hand techniques
3. Advanced level: is an introduction to attack methods which include body locking, hand strike and fight techniques. It also includes advanced self-defense training
4. Expert level: is an overall training of advanced fight and defense mechanism. These include all jumping kicks, street fight techniques, advanced blocks and punches, leg power exercise.
The training also aims at increasing endurance by providing stamina training.
