Join us for an afternoon dedicated to the magic of Oscar-winning short films. We will feature screenings of three award-winning short films, followed by an engaging discussion with fellow film enthusiasts. The short films to be screened are:
- Sing (Oscar Winner 2016) - Directed by Kristóf Deák. A young girl in 1990s Budapest discovers a dark secret behind her choir`s success.
- The Silent Child (Oscar Winner 2017) - Directed by Chris Overton. A profoundly deaf four-year-old girl learns to communicate with the help of a dedicated social worker.
- The Neighbour`s Window (Oscar Winner 2019) - Directed by Marshall Curry. A middle-aged woman’s life changes when she spies on the young couple living across the street.
