The list is a means to acknowledge the impactful, efficient and commendable marketing practices being upheld by brands in various categories. The process aims to identify the best approaches with respect to idea and innovation, consumer connect, communication impact, execution, and results.

Speaker 2: Brand Session by: Arvind Chintamani, Vice President – Marketing, Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (CPIL) on Keeping up with 'India's most trusted brand, Colgate.'

Mr. Arvind Chintamani is the Vice President - Marketing, at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (CPIL), since April 2018, and leads the marketing function. He joined the Company in 2000, and assumed increasing responsibilities in Customer Development, Marketing and Innovation across various geographies in India and in the U.S. In 2014, he was the Marketing Director of the Malaysia Hub. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the Worldwide Director - Oral Care, at Colgate-Palmolive's Corporate Office in New York.

Mr. Arvind Chintamani holds a Graduate Degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).

Mr. Nitin Passi is a beauty industry entrepreneur and currently serves as a Jt Managing Director with Lotus Herbals Pvt. Ltd., India and Lotus Herbals Middle East FZE, U.A.E. Under his guidance Lotus Herbals expanded rapidly within India, U.A.E, Oman, Mauritius Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and various other countries serving millions of customers through a premium distribution network of 150,000+ outlets and 15,000+ spas and beauty salons.


Speaker 5: Panelist: Naresh Krishnaswamy, Head - Growth & Marketing, Cure.fit

Naresh currently leads all Growth & Marketing at Cure.fit. He joined Curefit in April 2018 and have overseen a 5x growth in Top line over the last 12 months. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Electrical Engineering) and IIM Calcutta (MBA). Naresh joined Cure.fit from Myntra where he was the Chief Revenue Officer in his last role. He spent 6 years at Myntra overseeing a 100x+ growth in Revenue and Customers. He has spent the last 5 years leading Growth and Revenue at Myntra building the team from scratch to 90 members strong. He brings expertise in Growth, Planning, Digital Marketing, Customer Retention, Pricing, Profitability, Store Merchandising, Payments/Partnerships, Creative/Graphics, Growth Products/Tech and Leadership/Team management. 

Prior to Myntra, Naresh spent 2 years as an investment banker with UBS Investment Bank in the Equity Capital Markets division.

Naresh is a huge Sports fan and spends a lot of his free time following a bunch of different sports around the world. He hails from a Sports family, his mother a Master Aerobics trainer and pioneer of Aerobics in India and ex physio for the Indian womens cricket team. His father was an opening batsman for Tamil Nadu Cricket team for over 10 years.


Speaker 6: Somasree Bose Awasthi, Head of Marketing (Personal care & Aircare), Godrej Consumer Products Ltd

Started my professional journey with Godrej, first as part of Sara Lee business and then continued with Godrej Consumer Product post the merger.

Currently leading the marketing function for brands Cinthol, Aer and Protekt, handling right from New Product development to Communication development across mainline and online media, alongside activations on these brands. Have handled the brands HIT & Jet in the past

Intergrated Campaign and Product Innovation on HIT have won Effies in two consecutive years, 2012 & 2013

Among the 26 who made it to ECONOMIC TIMES WOMEN AHEAD 2017 list. Won Women Super Achiever Award at the 5th World Women Leadership Congress Awards 2018

Won the BEST BRAND AWARD for two consecutive years 2017, 2018 on brands Godrej Aer and Godrej No1 respectively, held across Godrej Industries limited group in Godrej Awards held annually.
