Enjoy a dynamic Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa flow with Meditation and Pranayama and Meditation followed by a delicious vegetarian brunch, good vibes and community integration!
The Yoga will be a juicy combination of Hatha Yoga Asanas & Vinyasa style flow, working with breath and dynamic movement, open and fit to all levels.
Modifications will be offered for beginners to advanced practitioners.
A delicious and nourishing elixir will be provided after Yoga, followed by a grazing brunch spread of seasonal and sustainable vegetarian dishes, designed for sharing.

Will I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Please bring your own mat!
What should I bring/wear?
Please bring water, a yoga mat and good intentions! We recommend to wear appropriate clothing for yoga (comfortable, stretchy clothes) that you are comfortable staying in for Brunch after, as there are no changing rooms available, only toilets. A towel can be handy but is optional.
