The chef has carefully designed the menu to showcase the culinary delights of this region and offer a rich food experience. The dishes will be prepared using home-made spices to keep the authenticity intact. In both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories, there will be a host of delicacies served here.

On the spicy front, the food fest has the traditional Telangana mutton curry, Mutton Pulao, KodiPulao, Talakaya Kura, Mutton liver fry, Oorru Kodi Pulusu, Golichina Mamsam, Bommidalapulusu, There is also the jowar roti and jowar ghatka and maize vadas (makka garelu).
Besides, the traditional vegetable curries such as Bellam Pappu, dosakaya pappu, tomato kura, pachi pulusu, salla charu and other varieties are also a part of the menu.
