And what fate befell on those unfortunate souls who were caught in that embrace by the 'Hijras' who guarded the imperial harems?
Do you know that the spirit of one such unfortunate Mughal princess roams inside the ramparts of a Mughal jail 300 years after she died?
Oh, these and many other stories await you when you assemble for this walk. Gripping session on the affairs of the Mughals with their wives, mistresses and other ladies. Secret liaisons that sometimes were punished with death or jail. All of this set in Red Fort.
As part of this experience
, you will tour the majestic Red Fort, the adjoining Salimgarh and also a couple of gardens within the fort premises. You will imagine the scenarios when the princes met their beloveds in these gardens and what happened to them when they were found out by the Badshahs.
You will also take a tour of the Meena Bazar which used to be a favourite haunt of the lovers in those bygone days.
