The Drifting Canvas is a one-of-a-kind multimedia art exposition that will change how you have seen or experienced art before. A place where classic works of art from 11 legendary 19th and 20th century artists are brought alive with the help of technology. A place where one will be transported to a different land, immersed in the work of geniuses like Van Gogh, Monet, Edgar Degas and more - surrounded by a light and sound
spectacle. Simply put, a journey into the world of art aided by technology, a journey that is enlightening, emotional and awe-inspiring. Giving you a whole new perspectives on art that you never thought existed.
The exhibition presents paintings of eleven outstanding artists - Claude Monet, Edgar Degas, Kazimir Malevich, Vasily Kandinsky, Paul Gauguin, Vincent Van Gogh, Henri Rousseau, Gustav Klimt, Paul Signac, Amedeo Modigliani and Henri Toulouse-Lautrec. This is an original and integral show of short feature films devoted to the main images in the art from each of these artists.What to expect:
The experience is divided into different zones:Anteroom
To show the audience of the exhibition the changes that have happened in art over 100 years, an anteroom which stands before the entrance to the multimedia hall also holds 3D arts. Visitors can see pictures of Kandinsky and Malevich in 3D.
The main part of the exposition is the multimedia hall where twelve feature shorts are shown, each devoted to one of the particular artists. Each screen in the hall reflects unique and unrepeated content, so that the viewers could look for and find more and more new shots and views. The two larger screens produce a 3D-effect even without special glasses!Other Areas
