AUM is a social meditation that combines movement, role playing and vocal expression. By participating you can experience a deep sense of aliveness, warmth, relaxation and acquire a taste for life again!

Why AUM Meditation?

The AUM is designed to help you to deepen friendships and create new ones. It will get you in touch with your power and vitality. It is contrary to our belief that meditation is to be done alone.
