I was born in Delhi
Open your mind judge fairly
There's enough fighting already
I don't want to get in one with you and me.
Boys that look like Swayze
Flavours make you crazy
Winters always hazy
But you see a little sun in Feb and me.
The story of one particular overzealous, pseudo-intellectual kid from the mean streets of DA-DA-DA-DA-DILLI, who goes to bed dreaming about the partition and what it means to be a north Indian in the current contemporary wave of doing away with everything that's remotely North-like, trying to act cool playing the indie scene and dissecting his Jungian mother complex, while wedding gigs save his life and fuel the 'Making it with my own music' fire (Oh, the irony).
The gang that brought you 'Here We Go' (hahaha only two of those are playing for the band now), is here with the sequel to the just-released (yet to be fully realised) album, 'Brown Man's Funk'. Vrnda Dhar, the Soul singer from the college music scene and Chezin, the pop sensation with Funk in his 'Heart and Soul' join us for this one, as we bring you 'Born In Delhi'.
