Who is it for?
All three parts of workshop are useful for primary and secondary teachers of all subjects. Part three can be changed to accommodate special needs of teachers of secondary schools.
Almost 15% children report mental health issues while going through school. Teachers are best placed to identify and help kids at early stage. The participants will learn to use an online tool to identify these. Specific learning disabilities affect about 6% children and are evident as early as first standard. One can identify and direct children early on to prevent lifelong disability. Classroom strategies will be discussed. Managing a classroom is key teacher skill. The workshop will discuss techniques to motivate children and get them focused on work in a non threatening way.

For Students - Early help in common problem by a person who knows them best - their teacher. A motivated, positive and learning focused classroom environment.
