Luka Chuppi is a fun ride that never gets too preachy or uncomfortable for the family audience. Its a clean entertainer with a message thats not too loud, but clear, for sure. ...Read full review
The last word is reserved for Guddu and Rashmi, who unwrap Trivedis political opportunism and declare that the youth of India is a vote bank not to be gagged by an outdated moral code. Now if only they had taken this stand 60 minutes sooner. ...Read full review
Look past the weak script and Luka Chuppi is a total laughter riot. The performances are strong, the humour for one is refreshingly different from Kartik Aaryans past movies. I would recommend that you watch this movie in theatre, with a live audience, it really amplifies your viewing experience. ...Read full review

Kartik Aaryan delivers an assortment of facial gymnastics while his hair that hair! continues to be mildly distracting. A bigger letdown is watching talented actors like Vinay Pathak, Aparshakti Khurrana, and especially Pankaj Tripathi wasted in thankless, underwritten roles. One only hopes Tripathi was paid a huge fee in exchange for starring in this drivel, and for embarrassing himself in the role of Guddus buffoonish, troublemaking relative. ...Read full review
