Anush Krishna is a Theatre Artist based in Bengaluru. After completing his Masters in Product Design and Manufacturing from R V College of Engineering, he started his career as a production engineer in Mysuru. He then ventured into the field of business and started a tuition centre in Mysuru with the objective of imparting quality education to primary and high-school students. scripttag To realise his dream of becoming an actor, he moved to Bengaluru and joined RANGARATHA - Indian Performing Arts Company as an intern. At Rangaratha, he is being trained by Aasif Kshathriya and Shwetha Shrinivas - Senior Theatre and Film personalities in the areas of applied acting, speech and gesture science, tonal tactics, character analysis, costume ideas and many more.
As a part of the internship programme, he played the role of Chandrashekhar, an opportunist businessman and a caring father in the play Double Trouble.
He was then inducted into the professional team of Rangaratha. He got an opportunity to play Gilbert Weir in the successful play, Operation Absinth - a murder mystery set in 1930s England.
He also played the role of Single Seena, a slum dweller in the play Sevanthi Prasanga, an adaptation of Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw.
Apart from acting, Anush is actively involved in background activities like script editing, properties management, set work, hospitality and promotions. Also, he is playing a prominent role in Krauncha Geetha, an unheard story from Uttara Ramaayan.
