Garvita Yadav is an actor-theatre maker who hails from Delhi. She has been actively contributing to theatre for the past five years. She was also part of the Hansraj Dramatic Society during college, where she presented her capabilities in diverse fields for both - street and stage theatre.
She is a professionally certified SCUBA diver and, though no longer working in the diving industry, enjoys spending her holidays under the sea.
During her course at Drama School Mumbai, she co-founded a theatre group called Asabhya Ensemble. The group has performed Leo Butlers Boy and Donald Margulies' 'Time Stands Still.' For both plays, she creatively led the production.
She moved to Bombay with the aim to work dedicatedly in theatre and explore new horizons with her group. She wants to work towards making theatre more accessible and spread it beyond the circle of regular theatre enthusiasts.
