A visionary aiming to empower every Indian with a cutting-edge smartphone, Madhav Sheth is the Co-founder and CEO of realme India. He spearheads the companys market operations, strategy development, product engineering, business development, and brand building initiatives alongside others.
Madhav has pursued MBA in Finance and Sales from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. After completing his post-graduation, his inherent proclivity for business made him embark on his entrepreneurial journey.
In 2017, he joined OPPO as the Sales Director where he was majorly focusing on the expansion of Offline Sales Management. This was when a series of accomplishments and his business acumen made him determined to create a new legacy in his career. On May 4th 2018, realme was officially established by its founder Sky Li and Madhav Sheth in India, together with a team of passionate young people who had rich experience in the smartphone industry.
His sheer dedication made the brand emerge as the 2nd largest online mobile phone brand in India and the 4th largest smartphone brand. This market development was in line with the vision of equipping every Indian with a realme smartphone.
Madhavs next goal is to drive the brand towards the pole position leveraging both offline and online channels. In the next five years, his objective is to accomplish realme as the most adored tech brand by the youth across the country.
A workaholic by nature and a down-to-earth personality, Madhav is also a bibliophile and can be seen playing squash in his spare time. He lives in Gurgaon with his family. He is a personification of humility and diligence who believes in not just ideas but their fruitful execution.
