Medha Shankr is an artist also extends to her being a singer trained in Hindustani Classical music.

Her journey began with the British period drama, 'Beecham House'. She went on to do projects including Shaadisthan and Dil Bekarar directed by Habib Faisal. In 2022, she gained acclaim for her lead role in 'Max Min and Meowzaki', which premiered at Busan International Film Festival and many others.

Her career reached a significant milestone in 2023 when she made her Bollywood debut as the female lead in '12th Fail.
