Siddaramu started his theatre journey through an amateur theatre troupe called Ranga Vismya in 2013. He also worked with the Vishwatha team and Team Kalavilasi as an actor and writer. His most notable plays include Parisarada Kate, Mayaloka, Kiragoorina Gayyaligalu, Yangtana Pungi, Manasa Putra, Exile, Asangatagalu and Chigarigangala Cheluve. He has directed plays like Stella emba Hudugi and Chigarigangala Cheluve. He wrote and acted in the short films like Pathika and Odu Manjanna Odu and was the lyricist of the album songs Pasarisali Kannada, Banna Bhaavagala Alisi and Nasheya Musukinali.
