About The Event
It is a story related to 'Ravana'. We all know the mythological character Ravana. We also believe in some facts about it. But there are some facts which are lesser known. Ravana is known for his devil deeds but he has his other flavors too; he was a great king known for his good governance, he was a great warrior, great follower of Lord Shiva. The play 'Dashanan' concentrates on color, flavors and people in the life of Ravana. It makes a comment on today's social and political condition. This is a solo piece and it makes an effort to demystify mythology to make its relation with today's social and political Indian culture.
