Kaka 24 karat Na, is the story of Nagardas Desai, a staunch Gandhian who harbours a deep dislike for anything British. As a result, he wishes for his son, Ninad to marry a girl who embodies traditional values, rather than someone with a Western education, however, Ninad is in love with Megha an MBBS doctor. Ninad constantly struggles with how to break the news about Megha to his Father, at this point his Friend Kamlesh suggests a cunning plan, Bring Megha home disguised as a Traditional village girl 'Monghi' Megha arrives in the role and Nagardas happily Accepts her as his daughter-in-law,  but the story doesn’t end there, this is where the real fun begins. Due to one lie, Ninad finds himself telling a hundred more to keep the truth hidden. The answers to these questions unfold in the play “Kaka 24 Karat Na.” This play is a roller coaster showcasing the bond and clash between father and son, full of laugher and heartwarming moments.
