Katak Talkies presents 'Dark Margins'

It is believed that the people of our world once drank potions of splendour and glowed like lamps that stand the test of time. At the centre of this world lies a group of performers who perform a play, every day, day after day, which unleashes a storm. The storm leaves nothing unhindered and the only thing that remains are the margins that separate us. Lies garbed under the mask of truth become indistinguishable, even by the sturdiest forces of nature. 

The play is a reflection of our society of distinctions. It questions that brief moment of peace where everything seems to be in a perfect balance. A story of a line or a line of a story, dissimilarity in stories or stories of dissimilarity, is the question to ponder upon. Because we all have stories within us and the characters that make it, are not fictional.
