One of the great contributions to Kannada Jaanapada is the story of Lord Mahadeshwara, which created a history in the folklore and in contemporary to that is this play " Maadaari Madayya ".

Lord Mahadeshwara is said to be a culturist person and brought backlight into the lost lives of people. He is said to have performed several miracles in his life and also showed humanity in an unimaginable way to all living creature. Malai Mahadeshwara is the heart of history, as an outline, this story describes the life and miracles of the saint but the main theme of the play is how Mahadeshwara keeps all the supernatural powers in his hostage in order to kill Shravanadore.

The entire play goes on with two dimensions one is the celebration and other is a puzzle game with miracles of Mahadeshwara. In the dense forest area, shravanadore had kept hostage of all saints and harassed the Goddess Nelathayi.

 He made war and peace as his weapon to his autocracy. To destroy such evil king, Mahadeshwara had to bring a strong weapon, made of blood, skin, the sweat of human and called that as Uriyachammalige.
