That devious lust of the era did not over with the end of the Mahabharata war but even today it exists in some form in society by embodied in human habits.
Rulers like congenital blind Dhritarashtra and even with eyesight, Gandhari equivalent to the ruler, who lived blind until life, after that era, couldn't be found anywhere. This is the basic concept of this play.
The renowned Hindi author Padmashri Shri Giriraj Kishore has reproduced the Mahabharata era as he has himself observed its sensitivity and through the powerful mode of drama, that intense experience has been presented very effectively in the context of the current situation/scenario.
In the drama, while the main characters of the Mahabharata like Dhritarashtra, Gandhari, Kunti, Vidur, Yudhishtir, Draupadi, Duryodhana, Shakuni, Karna, Sanjay, were affected from the different type of discrepancies presented in the then social system, on the other hand, spectators experience the catastrophe of war.
