Set in 2013 in Uttarakhand, the play looks symbolically at Climate Capitalism and human-led environment catastrophe. It is the story of Prithvi, an environment activist, whose father Ambar is murdered by a nexus of climate change deniers.
Prithvi continues from where her father left it until she meets her destiny. Her daughter Bhumi, an intersex child, and her frog-friend who possesses six limbs because of the presence of Atrazine in the well tells us a moving tale of where we are heading. Coupled with a poetry of Guru Nanak & Gulzar; invoking Manto & Antigone, the production is designed & directed by Kuljeet Singh.
