Debi Chautiyal has been convicted of murdering her husband. All witnesses and evidence strongly prove her to be guilty, though the motive of the murder remains a mystery. Dead silence on the part of Debi strengthens the case against her.
Her family is deeply involved in witchcraft and the worship of their sacred God, so people believe that she is a witch and killed her husband as a part of a ritual, and are very agitated about it.
However, Debi’s defence lawyer Radhika Gautam genuinely feels that she is innocent and helpless and diligently tries to understand her case and make her stand respectfully acquitted. Radhika’s sympathy springs from her painful past where she lost her husband in an accident. Radhika Gautam, eventually, fails to force any revelation out of Debi and feels defeated in the process.
The lawyer in opposition, the very influential, Mr. Munjaal Mahadev Singh is already celebrating the tacit victory he is confident to flaunt as the court hearing reaches its end.
What has made Debi so silent that it's almost demeaning?
Will Radhika ever get the glimpse of Debi’s silently guarded unspoken truth?
Will Radhika reconcile with the troubled idea of loss of one’s love?
Will Munjaal cherish his triumph?
