A play depicting the trail of an innocent man who finds himself the subject of an inquiry by the investigative agencies because of his identity/religion. The play evokes strong questions regarding the bias that leads to unjust treatment.

It comments on the role of investigating agencies exploring the involvement of a young man in the case of a terror attack. The play highlights the problem of the youth of a particular religious community being branded as terrorists and the trauma they face during the process of fighting for justice. Rajesh Kumar’s play looks at the harassment that youth from a particular community face in India, whenever an act of terror takes place.

The story beautifully portrays the manipulation of facts and their being ignored just to pick up young men who are then humiliated and stuffed in jails. The play thus shows the plight of the youngsters who are nabbed, humiliated and put behind bars for no fault of theirs which scars them for a lifetime. Who lose their innocence, and are handcuffed under the tag of extremism without any proper investigation.
