Synopsis- Rangshila Theatre Group - Parados to stage presents "The Love Tales" is an adaptation of four short stories by one of the greatest writers of the early 20th century, O. Henry. Adapted for the stage as an anthology, the play`s central theme is ‘Love’.
A train, the Punjab Mail, has been deliberately delayed for an hour by a stranger, affecting the lives of four couples. Looking for a place to wait, their paths converge at a cafe near the station, where the four stories unfold.
On one hand, the play highlights how genuine human connections and emotions can be lost in a hectic and impersonal world. On the other hand, it depicts the power of true love and how sincere emotions can triumph over materialistic concerns.
“The Love Tales” focuses on the true meaning of giving in a relationship and how sacrifices made for the well-being and happiness of loved ones are the most valuable acts of all.
