Given their weird ensemble of cast members, hilarity ensues as the actors try to save their annual production, KISSA KATAL KA, before it ends on the most embarrassing note.This play is the epitome of 'comedy of errors' adapted by the works of Henry Lewis. This play showcases entertaining turn of events infused by the comically timed mistakes of the characters within the play within.

'Open Cast' is a play which depicts the lives of people displaced and how it affects them and their newly forged relationships with strange people and places. What do the displaced lose? Self Identity, sense of belongingness, their freedom? It's not just the people but their culture which also has to suffer the wrench. 'Open Cast' shows two parallel stories one of old and new arrivals in the affluent capital city of Delhi looking for a better life the other of people forced to endure evacuation from the coal-mining town of Dhanbad.
