1.What is the duration of the show?
- The duration of the show is 2 hours including the interval
2. Is the venue air-conditioned?
- Yes, the Big Top is centrally air conditioned
3. What time do gates open?
- Gates open 1 hour before the show begins.
4. Will there be F&B available at the venue?
- Yes, food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will both be available for purchase in the F&B tent at the venue. Please note, outside food will not be permitted.
The VIP lounge includes complimentary food & beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
Alcohol will only be served to patrons above the legal drinking age.
5. Is there a package for F&B I can purchase?
- Yes, you can upgrade to our VIP upgrade package and get unlimited food and premium alcohol as well as access to the private VIP enclosure.
6. Are children allowed for the show?
- Yes, children are welcome into the Big Top, children under 2 are admitted in for free, however they must remain on a parent’s lap through the show, tickets must be purchased for children aged 2 and above.
7. Do you accommodate people will special needs?
- We do have an assigned area for individuals with special needs, however you will have to reach out to our customer care at 022 6144 5050 or 022 3989 5050 to ensure these seats are available for the show you’d like to come for.
8. Is there parking available at the venue?
- Yes, parking is available at the venue. Customers who have purchased the VIP package will have their complimentary parking voucher home delivered along with their tickets. Other customers may purchase parking at the venue at a price of Rs.100 per car for the show.
9. Can I enter late for the show?
- Once the show starts, you will be asked to wait until an appropriate pause in the show to enter the Big Top. This is in the interest of safety of all customers & performers.
10. Is photography permitted during the show?
- Professional cameras (detachable lens) and video cameras are strictly prohibited through the show, however phone cameras and digital cameras can be used without flash.
11. How will I get my tickets?
- Your tickets will be home delivered to the address provided by you at the time of purchasing your ticket, 7 days before your show date. In case you purchase tickets 5 days before the show date, home delivery will not be available, and you will be required to collect your tickets from the box office at the venue.
12. Are there group bookings available?

13. Is there any Cirque du Soleil merchandise available?
- Yes, official Cirque du Soleil Bazzar merchandise will be available for sale at the venue through the shows.

15. Are food and beverages allowed into the show?
- Outside food & drink are not allowed into the venue. However, food & beverages purchased in the F&B tent of the show will be allowed into the seating area. There will be no service during the performance.
16. Is smoking allowed at the show?
- Smoking will not be allowed inside the Big Top, however there will be a designated smoking area at the venue.
17. What do I do If I’ve lost my ticket?
- Loss of ticket will result in you not being allowed into the venue. Your ticket is necessary to enter the show. Please report any damaged tickets to our customer care at 022 6144 5050 or 022 3989 5050.
