This month Bengaluru will be hosting the biggest ATP challenger event in South Asia. Bengaluru Tennis Open wants to encourage and support the sport culture of the city, increase its visibility internationally and promote the city as a dynamic sports and tourism hub, and not just as the IT heart of the country. The Bengaluru Open 2018 is a tennis tournament like no other, attracting the youth of the city and the sports fraternity to come together for a dynamic sporting experience. This will be a great platform for Indian players to compete with the best, help them understand where they stand and prepare for bigger challenges.

The tournament will involve a draw of players with some renowned international names. As tennis enthusiasts, we would love to see this event become an annual feature, gradually upscaling from Challenger to a Tour-Level, making Bengaluru an international Tennis Destination. Bengaluru Open is India’s biggest ATP Challenger tour event with $150,000 prize money, aimed to consolidate Bengaluru’s position as the most dynamic city and the sport capital of the country. It would be a treat for Bengalurians to watch high quality tennis with most players ranked in Top 150 in the World Rankings. The event is being supported by the Govt of Karnataka in a big way and would help instil the sporting culture in children and sportsmen alike.

Happening at KSLTA Tennis Stadium from 12 - 17 Nov, this month. Please be there to watch 32 players sweat it out for the Bengaluru Open Title.
