  1. When will the registrations open?
    Registrations for Rabbit Run in Bangalore to be held on Jan 13,2019 are now open

  1. What are the events at Rabbit Run Bangalore 2019?
    There are two events:
    a) 3 km run eligible for children between the ages 0- 14 years with an accompany parent
    b) 5 km run eligible for children of 9-14 years 

  1. When and where is Rabbit Run Bangalore 2019 held? What are the timings?
    Rabbit Run will take place on Jan 13th 2019. The venue is St. Josephs Indian High School on Vittal Mallya Road in Bangalore. The event starts at 6:30 am and is expected to  finish at 12 noon. 

  1. How much is the Registration fee?
    Registration for the 5K is INR 750 per participant. The fee will cover a bag, bib (with timing chip), and breakfast. 

Registration for the 3K run is INR 500 per participant. The fee will cover a bag, bib (without timing chip), and breakfast. 

  1. Is there an early bird discount?
    Yes. Participants who register before 30thth November, 2018 will get a discounted price of INR 650 for the 5k run on the registration fee.

  1. What does the Registration fee cover?
    The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Rabbit Run Bangalore 2019. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/discounts/goodies/race day tee etc. That is offered, directly or indirectly, by the Promoter/Event Sponsor/Partner.

  1. If I register under Early bird offer will I get the same Race kit like other participants?
    Yes. Early bird registrations will receive the same race kit as other participants. 

  1.  Can I register manually (offline)?
    Yes. You can register offline at The Little Gym centres in Bangalore. Please visit our website www.thelittlegym.in to locate the nearest centre to you.

  1. Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?

  1. Yes, the age limit is as follows:
    a) 3K run - The minimum age for the 3 K fun run is 0 year and the maximum is 14 years old. It is mandatory that children in this run be accompanied by a parent/guardian. 

  1. b) 5K run – The minimum age for the 5 K run is 9 years old and the maximum is 14 years old.  Parents can run with this child or the child can run alone however parent details have to be entered in the emergency contact information tab.
    Valid Photo ID of the participant/s is required at the time of collecting the race kit to confirm eligibility for the respective runs. 

  1. What is the last date of registration?
    The last date for registration is Jan 5th 2019. 

  1. Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
    Confirmed participants of Rabbit Run, who are unable to participate on race day due to unavoidable circumstances like injury or illness, will now be able to surrender their bibs to The Little Gym. The application fees paid will be refunded post deduction of INR 150 as processing charges. Confirmed participant can only surrender his/her bib with effect from 1st December 2018 (1000 Hrs) to 15th  December 2018 (1900 Hrs) by filling the bib surrender request form at The Little Gym centre. Requests for cancellation/bib surrender and thereby, refund will not be entertained post 15th December 2018. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the expo.
    Registration/participation is non-transferable.

  1. Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?
    We request you to send the registration number along with the requested corrections immediately at [email protected]online and you will receive confirmation of the transaction within 5 working days.

  1. There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

  • Registration for the Rabbit Run (“Event”) must be submitted by the parent or guardian exercising parental responsibility(“Parent/s”). By submitting the application, consent of the Parent for the participation of their child/children in the Event is assumed.
  • Parents are aware that running / long distance running is an extreme sport and may injure the body and/or health. Parents take full responsibility for their child/children participating in the Event and shall not hold the organizing committee or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident or harm.
  • Parents also assume all risks associated with participating in this Event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with public events and agree that the organizers shall not in any manner be responsible for any injury, damage, or any other harm that may be caused to participants and/or spectators. 
  • Participants must be below the age of 14 years to participate in the 3K run as on 13th  january, 2019.
  • Participants must be above the age of 9 years and not above 14 years as on 13th january, 2019 to participate in the 5K run.
  • Participants shall abide by the instructions issued by the organizers from time to time. 
  • Parents confirm that participant’s name, photographs, and video of their participation can be used by the organizers to publicize the Event.
  • Organizers of the Event shall be entitled to change the Event’s schedule, the terms and conditions regarding participation and staging of the Event, without prior notice.
  • Participants shall strictly follow the instructions given by the organizing committee, volunteers, and Event’s staff, including calls to abandon the course and stop the race.
  • Parents acknowledge and agree that any personal information of the participant can be stored and used by organizers and/or any of its affiliates for any purpose including for the compilation of statistical information. 
  • Registration Terms & Conditions
  • Organizing committee shall be entitled to suspend, or close registrations without prior notice.
  • Registration must be completed through the online registration platform available in the official website, or by any alternative mode indicated by the organizing committee.
  • Parents confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers shall be entitled to stop/cancel/postpone the Event. Parents understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified except as provided. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
  • Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified except as provided. 
  • Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained after 15th December, 2018. Further, registration fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation.
  • Spectators shall not be permitted to access to the race course, and the areas at the start/finish point of the Event. Participants will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues.
