Run / Walk or Cycle at your own Place and share screenshot of Timing app on whatsapp number.

You can use any timing app from Google playstore like Starva, Runkeeper, Runtastic, Garmin, Nike or Mobile Health app or smartwatch app.

Once your challenge is done you have to share data on whatsapp number 8097712656 then we send your medal by courier
