FanHood is a BookMyShow enterprise. It’s a store dedicated to all the things movies, music and sports fans are nuts about. Here, you will find everything from toys and t-shirts to figurines and unique collector’s items.

  • Do I have to register with BookMyShow to make a purchase?


    Yes, you do. It will only take a minute!


  • How do I register?


    Simply click on 'Sign In' on the BookMyShow homepage. If you have an account already, you can sign in with either Google or Facebook. If you don't have an account, follow the steps to create one. This way you can view your booking history and get exciting offers.


  • Why am I being asked for my mobile number?


    Only to ensure that your transaction is secure, to send you notifications regarding your purchase via SMS and to send you info on offers.


  • I've forgotten my password. What do I do?


    Don't worry! Simply click on 'Sign In' on the BookMyShow homepage, then click on 'Forgot Password?' Follow the instructions and a password will be emailed to you at your registered email id.


  • How do I get a refund?

    It’s easy! Return the product to us; you can initiate the process by visiting the Order History section. Once we’re sure the item is in good condition, we’ll start the process of refunding the amount to your credit card, wallet or bank account. It takes between 5 and 20 days for the amount to be refunded. Terms and conditions apply. *

    Products can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered if they are damaged, defective, missing accessories or parts or different from the description on the product detail page.

    We will accept returned products only if:
    it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession,
    the product is the same as what was shipped to you,
    the product is returned in original condition (with the manufacturer's box and MRP tag intact, the user manual, warranty card and all the accessories).

    Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, for example if you mistakenly bought an incorrect model or product or if you’re not satisfied with the colour of your purchase.

    Products marked non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned. If you've received a damaged or defective non-returnable product, you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.


  • I paid cash on delivery. How do I get a refund if I return the product?

    It's easy! We'll ask you for your bank details once you initiate a return. The refund will be credited to your account via NEFT.



  • How do I exchange my purchase?

    We don’t do exchanges currently but you can return the product and place a new order.



  • How do I return my purchase?

    All you have to do is visit the Order History section and pick the option to return the item. You can do this within 7 days after the product is delivered. Terms and conditions apply. *.

  • I placed an order by mistake. How can I cancel it?

    Your order will be cancelled only if we are yet to pack and ship it. To cancel, visit the Order History section. In case you feel you need to cancel the order and it has already been packed, you can return it once it has been delivered.



  • What if the product I bought is damaged?

  • How do I track my order?

    We’ve made it easy for you. You can either click on the link in your order confirmation email or visit the Order History section, which shows shipping and delivery details.



  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

    Absolutely! You can also pay via debit card. Terms and conditions apply.

    The amount cannot be more than Rs 2,000, including any discounts. For example, if you order products worth Rs 2,500 and get a Rs 600 discount, you will be eligible for cash on delivery.

  • Can I split my payment across more than one mode?

    Unfortunately not at the moment.



  • Can I order from more than one seller?

    Yes. Feel free to add as many products as you like to your cart. We’ll ship them all!



  • How many products can I order at a time?

    You can order as many products as you like as long as the total amount is within Rs 19,999.



  • Can I gift an item?

    You can send the order to the address of the person you’d like to gift it to. However, we won’t be able to gift-wrap it just yet. We’re working on it though!



  • Can I buy your products at a store?

    Currently, we only sell products on our e-store. We hope the stories we tell make you want to linger!



  • Are there any hidden charges I should know about?

    None at all! You pay exactly what you see. All charges and taxes are clearly noted on our payment pages and communication.



  • How are items packaged?

    As securely as possible! We ensure all items are packaged well in order that they reach you in one piece. However, if one or more items are damaged, you can return them to us and ask for a refund.



  • How do I care for clothes I’ve bought?

    Simply follow the care instructions listed.



  • None of my queries are listed. I need to speak to someone.
