Day 1st

• 8.30 PM – Depart from Pune 🚌

• 10.00 PM – Reach Bhigwan lake

• Pitch tents, enjoy campfire with games & horror stories

• Rest


Day 2nd

• 6.00 AM – Wake-up & breakfast

• 7.00 AM – Start boat safari to Bhigwan Bird Sanctuary

• 9.30 AM – Return with lots of photos, memories and flamingo sightings

• 11.00 AM – Freshen up

• 11.30 AM – Lunch and depart for Mayureshwar Sanctuary

• 12.30 PM – Reach Mayureshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. Look out for chinkara deer, rabbits and, if you are lucky, a wolf

• 2.30 PM – Visit Bhuleshwar Heritage Temple

• 4.00 PM – Depart for Ramdara Temple

• 5.30 PM – Watch the beautiful sunset at Ramdara Temple

• 7.00 PM – Depart for Pune

• 7.30 PM – Tea halt

• 9.00 PM – Reach Pune

⚠ Please Note

• We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. If you don’t arrive on time, the vehicle will depart and no refund will be given.

• Smoking, drinking or chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.

• Swimming in lakes or water bodies is not allowed.

• Please do not carry or wear valuables. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss.

• Wildlife sightings depend on natural movement and cannot be guaranteed.

• Adventure and outdoor activities involve risk and are undertaken at your own responsibility.



📜 Terms and Conditions

• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, team United Travellers of India has the right to terminate participation immediately without refund.

• Littering is strictly not allowed. Participants must carry their own waste.

• Playing loud music in natural and heritage areas is prohibited.

• Writing on or damaging monuments or natural sites is prohibited.

• Pick-up and drop will be at the same locations.

• Team captains’ decisions will be final for group safety and coordination.

• In case of injury, illness or emergency, organisers and local staff are not responsible for medical or evacuation expenses.

• Weather, forest rules or operational conditions may require itinerary changes without refund.



🔁 Cancellation Policy

• NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS

• No show – No refund

• Tickets cannot be transferred to another date

• If the event gets cancelled, only the “Trip Amount” will be refunded (tax amount is non-refundable)

• In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no monetary refund will be given

• Once the journey has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
