Kunti Betta is a popular beginner-friendly sunrise trek near Bangalore close to Pandavapura. It is known for its rocky hill trails, scenic lake views and beautiful early morning sunrise.
The trek is easy to moderate, making it perfect for weekend travellers, families and first-time trekkers. As you reach the summit, trekkers can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills, open landscapes and the beautiful Pandavapura Lake nearby. The trek is also connected to the legends of the Pandavas, which adds historical and mythological charm.

Itinerary
Day 0: Departure From Bangalore
11:30 PM: Pickup starts from Bangalore.
Day 1: Trekking and Return
03:30 AM: Arrive at the base of Kunti Betta. After a quick briefing and stretch, it is time to begin the trek.
04:00 AM: Trek through rocky trails under the starlit sky enjoying the cool night breeze and calm surroundings.
05:00 AM: Reach the summit. Take a moment to relax breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the magical view of the rising sun.
07:00 AM: After sunrise begin your descent down the hill retracing your steps through scenic terrain.
09:30 AM: Head to a nearby local hotel for breakfast (Self-sponsored) and a quick freshen up.
12:30 PM: Begin your return journey to Bangalore with memories of an unforgettable sunrise trek.
