Yellow Brick Road popularly known as YBR is Delhi`s legendary all-day dining bistro at Vivanta by Taj - Ambassador, New Delhi, which is vibrant, colorful and pulsating with life.
Decor - An absolutely unusual and unique decor, YBR exhibits joy and brightness with the unusual harmony of the contemporary colors of lime green, tangerine, peach, and lemon. The terra rosa flooring brings you to Yellow Brick Road. The antique advertisements and murals on the walls take you back into the depths of time when the film was made in 1939. Powerfully as well as beautifully accessorized, with a complete wall painting, fireplace, colorful flower arrangements, and Roman mosaic tiles, kitchen furniture with patina finish and a show kitchen in the restaurant. A wooden train chugs on one wall and Dorothy`s lion and the witch are also to be seen around.
Menu - Like an afternoon newspaper with interesting articles, snippets, crosswords, humor, true stories, chef recipes, annual horoscope, a map of the city, etc.
Cuisine - A very different coffee shop menu with items from Anglo-Indian cuisine like Railway cutlets, etc. are nostalgic. From salads and pasta to sandwiches and burgers, Thai curry to grilled prawns, YBR favorites to Indian, and the dessert selection have a lot to offer too.
