ITINERARY:
DAY 0
We will pick you up from various designated spots in Bangalore, and we’ll start our overnight Journey to Dandeli
DAY 1 – Dandeli Adventure & Campfire
Arrive at Dandeli campsite, check in and freshen up
Early breakfast followed by rest
Explore Dandeli and enjoy adventure activities like river rafting and water sports (optional, at extra cost)
Visit the Supa Dam viewpoint
Return to campsite, freshen up
Dinner and campfire at the campsite (subject to weather)
DAY 2 – Honnavar Backwaters & Return
Wake up early and have breakfast
Check out of the campsite
Visit Honnavar for the Sharavati Backwaters boat ride (self-sponsored)
Explore the Mangrove Forest
Begin the return journey to Bangalore
Dinner stop en route (self-sponsored)
Arrive in Bangalore early morning (around 5:00 AM)

Important Notes: Due to unavoidable circumstances, if rafting is not allowed, other water activities like Water Zorbing and zip lining will be provided.
Expect a crowd in the campsite if it’s seasonal in Dandeli
Once you`ve booked your tickets, we will reach out to you and provide you with more information like exact pick-up times, coach details and more.
The mode of Transport will be TT or Coach depending on final numbers.
Our facilities are neat and top-notch, but not luxurious.

Drop points are the same as the pickup points. Once you’ve booked your tickets, we will reach out to you and provide you with more information like exact pick-up times, exact location, coach details and more on WhatsApp.

Terms & Conditions
To organize a trek/trip we need at least 10/12 participants.
If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek/trip or reschedule.
As per Forest Department guidelines, plastic items are strictly prohibited on certain treks. Participants are requested to refrain from carrying any plastic materials to ensure compliance.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances or issues during the trek/trip, we kindly request your cooperation and patience while we work to resolve the situation or provide an alternative solution.
Any requests for rescheduling the trek/trip will be considered only if made at least 5 days before the trip’s original start date.
Rescheduling requests must be made within one month (30 days) of the original trip date. After this period, no rescheduling will be allowed, and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes.
The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or other situational factors
Pickup and drop timings are tentative and will be confirmed and communicated before the trek; delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
In case of cancellation from our end, Refund will be initiated after the day of departure and it will be credited by 5-7 working days.
The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.
Due to permit issues, if there is any trek not happening, we will provide an alternative trek and at such situations you have to co-operate with the managements decision.
Management decision is a final decision.
We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
Please note that the itinerary is subject to change in case of permit issues or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Day 1 may include sightseeing, and the trek may be rescheduled to Day 2. Additionally, the return to Bangalore might be delayed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If a trek permit is not available, we will take you to an alternate trek, or we can reschedule your trek. No refund is available.
