Join us for our Firefly Evenings, where you can witness nature`s tiny lanterns, the mesmerizing glow of fireflies, illuminating the Sahyadri Mountains. This magical phenomenon occurs from mid-May to mid-June, just before the monsoon transforms the landscape. It`s an experience that will leave you breathless and create memories that last a lifetime.
Nestled amidst the beauty of the Maval region, just 60 kilometers from Pune, Camp 365 offers you the perfect front-row seat to this natural wonder. Our Firefly Evenings allow you to witness the enchanting dance of fireflies in a safe and private area.

Itinerary
5:30 pm - Arrival at Camp 365 and assemble for evening snacks
6:30 pm - "Know About Fireflies - An Audiovisual Presentation"
(This informative presentation will reveal the fascinating science behind bioluminescence and the unique world of fireflies)
7:15 pm - "Observe Dark Hour and Firefly Watching"
(As dusk approaches, prepare to witness an unforgettable spectacle. Experience the "Dark Hour" where all camp lights are switched off, allowing the fireflies to shine brighter than ever before. Immerse yourself in the magic of their enchanting light show during the dedicated firefly-watching session)
8:30 pm - Dinner
9:30 pm - Departure for Pune

1 Liter Water Bottle - stay hydrated throughout
Small torch OR Headtorch (recommended) - Provides hands-free light in the evening for navigating the campsite and observing fireflies.
Rain jacket or Umbrella - be prepared for sudden showers.
Personal Medication - pack any medications you need.
Small Backpack - keep your belongings organized and easily accessible.
Consider bringing a hat/cap.
Pack a light snack for extra energy.
What to Avoid:
Valuable Items: As secure lockers are not available at the campsite, it`s best to leave valuable items at home.
Large Amounts of Cash: Carry only the necessary amount of cash for your needs during the trip.
Loudspeakers: To maintain a peaceful and serene atmosphere, loud music is discouraged at the campsite.
Perfumes and Strong Deodorants: These scents can potentially interfere with the natural behaviour of the fireflies, so it`s advisable to avoid wearing them during your stay.
